"Simple and easy to use"
I had a really smooth experience using nimes.co.uk. Everything was easy to find, the pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to spend ages clicking around to get where I needed. The layout is nice and simple, and checkout was straightforward too. No problems at all, and I’d definitely use the site again next time

"Sizing was just right"
I ordered from nimes.co.uk and was a little unsure about the sizing at first, but it turned out to be exactly what I hoped for. I stuck with my usual size and it fit really nicely, not too tight and not too loose. The size guide seemed accurate as well, which made the whole online ordering thing feel way less stressful. i was relieved when I tried it on and felt happy with the purchase. I had to return my order and was fully expecting the usual waiting game, because apparently that’s just how these things go. But to my surprise, the refund showed up in my account quickly. No endless back-and-forth, no annoying delays, which, should be the standard, but I appreciated it anyway.

I ordered a jumper from nimes.co.uk after spending a bit of time looking through the photos, and I’d say they gave me a good idea of what to expect. The close-up shots were especially useful for seeing the knit texture and the general colour, which made me feel more confident before buying.
When it arrived, I did think a couple of the shades looked slightly lighter than they had on my screen, but that’s probably just one of those things with online shopping. It didn’t bother me much in the end, and I’m still happy with the jumper overall.

"Good prices in the sale, easy"
Picked up a couple of bits in the sale and, the discount made it actually worth doing. Checkout was easy enough, no fuss really, and the prices felt fair to me. Would use Nimes again, probably, when another deal is on

I ordered a pair of jeans and a shirt, and both fit really well. I’m usually stuck between sizes, so I wasn’t totally sure what to get, but the size guide actually helped a lot. The jeans have a nice cut and aren’t too tight, which I’m happy about. The only thing is the order took longer than expected and I kind of thought there’d be at least a quick apology or note about it. Still, the clothes themselves are spot on.
